Barbara Rice has more than 30 years experience in human resource management, as well as organizational development, and marketing research in the business and nonprofit sectors .  Barbara's current emphasis is in the areas of  Leadership Development, Performance Enhancement, and Change Management. Before founding AEO, Barbara was Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee for Scott Paper Company. In that capacity, she developed and implemented policies, processes and programs which supported the strategic management of Scott's 32,000 worldwide employee base, including succession planning and development, organization development and learning, compensation  and labor relations.
