DEMONSTRATION WORK CLIMATE SURVEY
Instructions
The purpose of this survey is to help ABC improve its performance. It helps to find out the strong and weak points of the organization, so that improvement actions can be planned and implemented. By responding to this survey with your honest observations and feelings you will have an opportunity to shape the future of ABC. Your individual responses will not be identified, but compiled with others across the organization and summarized before they are presented to management and staff.
There are no "right" or "wrong" answers to this survey. Just report your impressions, regardless of why you have them, regardless of your current job assignment or position in the agency. The survey has 16 questions relating to your work situation. Each statement contains a series of possible responses, ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). If you are neutral (that is, sometimes agree and sometimes disagree with a statement) or if you partly agree and partly disagree, then choose 3 (neither agree nor disagree). You will also be asked to answer, in your own words, 2 open-ended questions. Your written comments will be mixed with the comments of others.

We estimate that it will take no more than 10 minutes to complete the survey. As mentioned above, please be assured that your individual responses will remain anonymous.
