Feedback from credible colleagues is the most powerful organizational action for motivating behavior change. Now the process of gathering the feedback is even easier and
more user friendly. Once the survey is customized to fit the organization, designated peers, supervisors, direct reports, and the person him/ herself get an email message that directs them to a specific survey address at AEO's website. The survey instructions and form are brought up. The respondent, who is identified only in relationship to the individual, (for example, peer or direct report) clicks the appropriate response to each item and types in comments to open-ended questions. When the survey is completed, the respondent hits a "submit" button that forwards the survey, confidentially, to AEO's confidential email. Only the AEO consultant will be able to view the completed surveys. As part of the 360º process, we then prepare an in-depth report and conduct a confidential, on-site interactive feedback session with the individual being assessed.
